Policies

Gift Certificates ~ Gift Certificates may be redeemed for services. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. No shows or untimely cancellations/changes will result in forfeit of Gift Certificate.

Arrival ~ We highly recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before for your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately late arrivals will not be given time extensions yet will be responsible for full payment of services.

Cancellations/Changes ~ 24 hour cancellation/change notice required. If cancellations/changes are made less than the required time before a scheduled appointment, we will expect you to honor the financial commitment you have made for that time prior to scheduling future appointments.

Payment Methods ~ We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks. Returned checks will be subject to a $25 charge. Prices on menu do not include NM sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cell Phones ~ For all of our guests’ comfort, we kindly ask that all cell phones be placed on silent mode in all service areas.

Group Bookings/Multiple Services ~ Group Bookings require a 50% deposit at time of scheduling and a 2-week notice of cancellation to avoid non-refundable deposit. Multiple service bookings may require a 50% deposit or credit card reservation.

Series ~ Our series packages are designed to maximize the results of your treatments. Unless otherwise recommended by your  therapist, Series treatments are scheduled weekly or every two weeks for the duration of your Series Package. Pre-payment is required.
